I contacted Jim from On The Run Computer Services as I was initially looking for a local technician who could back up the data on my desktop. I had been working with HP Tech Support over the phone and their advice [or next troubleshooting step] was to restore factory settings. I dropped the desktop off to Jim on Friday evening after discussing the issues and agreeing for him to run a diagnostic. By the time I got home he had screenshot the diagnosis being bad sectors on the hard drive. I gave him the go ahead to repair and by Monday I had the desktop delivered home to me, completely fixed and running better than before. Great technical ability, excellent customer service, realistic pricing and good communication skills – totally recommend On The Run Computer Services.
