I rang Jimmy in the morning but he was on a job. He rang back and came that afternoon. He took the CPU away and revived the lifeless computer , also installed a new SSD and Microsoft Office. Once fixed Jimmy set up the computer, reconnecting printers and reinstalling necessary software. The computer is running like a new one, super quick. Very happy with Jimmy’s work communication and how quick the repair was done.
